The system features 646 solar panels, producing approximately 225,000 kWh annually. Cedarland Development purchased the array, leveraging federal tax credits, state incentives, and depreciation benefits while allowing tenants to run their operations on solar energy. The project was structured to align with existing tenant leases, optimize financial incentives and operational efficiency, and benefit the landlord and tenants.
